Valentina Soto García

I applied and entered to GENERA, a leadership group at my University for students interested in developing leadership skills. This development includes small group conferences with some of the most remarkable Entrepreneurs, Chiefs and Managers of different important companies in Mexico, with the aim of learning from their experience and taking their professional attitude (specially on difficulties or problems) as an example and motivation. GENERA also encourages us by offering workshops useful to perform our skills in a professional world. Such as: emotional intelligence, social responsibility, environmental awareness, effective communication, public speaking, negotiation, team work, debate, entrepreneurship, among others.

• Won first place in 2016 at ONP dance competition in the team category "contemporary dance"
• Developed professional relationships with different dance professionals, choreographers and performers by actively listening and effectively communicating.
• Danced throughout 11 years at the annual festival organized by the Mundet´s Dance Executive Direction with different performances.
• Coordinated with choreographers to enhance and refine movements to properly enact intended vision.
• Competed against 8 other performers and won the Peter Pan role in the theatre play "Neverland".
