• Co-coordinating with CONAPESCA the Transparency Monitoring Group in Fisheries; and
• Facilitating meetings both virtual and in person among CSO partners to achieve target results efficiently.

• IICA – Gave assistance to construct Agriculture Sectorial Program 2019 – 2024 for Secretariat of Agriculture and Rural Development (SADER), July 2019 – October 2019.
• IICA – Supported formulation of national policies and strategies to be developed by Secretariat of Agriculture and Rural Development (SADER), October 2018 – December 2018.
• CONABIO – Coordinated and facilitated South – south cooperation on sustainable economy in Mesoamerican countries (Nicaragua, Guatemala & Bolivia) February 2015 – March 2016.

Coordinated Japan Mexico Partnership Program (JMPP) consisting in dispatch of experts, international training courses and technical projects. My activities included:

• Planning South – South Cooperation projects and international training courses;
• Facilitating conversations between Mexican government authorities, experts and JICA officers;
• Organizing logistics for Mexican experts´ dispatch to Central and South America countries;
• Organizing logistics for carrying out international training courses for Central and South American trainees in Mexico;
• Assisting impact evaluation of cooperation activities.

Some of the South – South Cooperation projects related to environment and rural development under my supervision are:

• Improvement of sesame seed production for smallholders in Paraguay, 2009 – 2012.
• Management of natural resources and watersheds in Mesoamerican Biological Corridor in Honduras, 2010 – 2012.
• Capacity building for monitoring air quality in Honduras, 2010 –2012.
• Capacity building for waste management in Guatemala, 2010 –2012.
• Strengthening plague management in northwest region of Nicaragua, 2005.
