My back ground has always been Customer Service, this is where the majority of my career has developed, this matches my persona as I love helping others.
Life has taken me in a direction I didn't plan, I do not regret the path I have taken as I have developed skills and aptitudes I did not know I possessed and that I have embraced and developed, I still have room for improvement and a long way to go.
I started off as a Customer Service Representative and worked my up the latter based on hard work and dedication, my love for helping others has opened many doors in my career and I am grateful for this.
As the OfficeCare Logistics Manager I am responsible of ensuring assigned team(s) (Customer Service, Audits, New Accounts, or Terminating Accounts) are meeting department goals, objectives, and service levels. My role is responsible for field inventory management and integrity within DJO’s OfficeCare consignment locations and provides critical support in managing, maintaining, and growing DJO’s stock-and-bill program. I play a critical role in developing, encouraging, and empowering Supervisors and Leads as well as Customer Service Representatives.
Critical Functions:
− Ensures timely processing of all functions, with prioritization toward revenue generating requests (e.g., ConsignCare, special billing, new accounts).
− Reviews and approves requests for expedited freight.
− Prepares the following files as needed: Use of Space, Rent Admin payments, Commission Deduction, Tracings.
− Forecasts Patient Product Agreement (PPA) order volume and shipping corrections.
− Forecasts and creates Purchase Orders (POs) for the Company’s third-party auditor (RGIS).
− Creates and tracks Purchase Orders (POs).
− Reviews inventory levels for consigned accounts.
− Assists with the management of Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory.
− Partners with Field Inventory Manager to minimize inventory shrink through education, chargeback implementation, and inventory stewardship.
− Reviews and appropriately approves exceptions to field inventory policies, escalating to Senior Leadership as needed.
− Provides functional feedback on proposed contractual and addendum changes.
− Partners with Logistics Field Manager and other Logistics functional manager(s) to implement and optimize departmental best practices, policies, and standardized workflows for logistics operations through continuous improvement initiatives.
− Collaborates with IT to investigate new advancements that would improve efficiencies and productivity within existing systems.
− Leads project prioritization initiatives in conjunction with Senior Leadership.
− Collaborates with the Field Inventory Manager to create Annual Audit Plan(s) that are in compliance with Company audit requirements.
− Implements and optimizes departmental best practices, policies, and standardized workflows for RCM inventory and logistics operations through continuous improvement initiatives.
− Provides feedback, training, and educational tools to the Field Service, Sales Teams, and other internal departments as needed.
− Manages the budget for overtime, office supplies, audits, PPA Forms, and other miscellaneous expenditures.
Leadership and Management
− Provides mentorship, guidance, and leadership needed to instill a team-oriented and results-driven team.
− Conducts routine conference calls, team meetings, and one-on-one meetings with team as necessary to drive business goals.
− Performs functional supervision including staff scheduling, hiring, performance and evaluation and terminations.
− Leads staff performance management activities to improve capabilities and skills using regular objective setting and review process, performing appraisals and coaching of individuals on development plans.
− Responsible for managing the activities of direct reports and ensuring the organization’s abilities continue to improve through individual development and developing talent throughout the organization.
− Leads assigned functional area(s) to ensure all applicable goals are met on time and within budget.
− Works with cross-functional team members and Senior Leadership to identify resource constraints, assess ongoing needs, and forecast resourcing.
− Assigns tasks to team members to balance workload.
− Ensures team members are cross trained to cover absences and high-volume demand.
− Provides training to new and existing team members.
− Other duties as assigned.
I responsibility would be to listen and monitor calls to ensure the protocols were met by the Customer Service Representative and provide feedback surrounding the areas of opportunity.

I worked in the US for a subcontractor installing roof tops for homes, I did this for 4 years, this was a hands on job it was a dangerous job but I enjoyed it, I learned how to work with wood and use several constructions tools which I still use to this day as a hobbie at home.
I got to meet many people and enjoy of the California sun.
I worked at Telvista as a Verizon Technical Support Agent, I would provide home and business with support when they had internet connection problems by trouble shooting their line and if a solution was not reached a technician would be dispatch.
This job required patients and technical knowledge as I had to deal with people that had zero knowledge on using a computer, it was a challenging job but I like helping people so I also enjoyed this job very much.
I worked at a McDonald as a cook and cashier, I did this while I as studying to pay for school needs.
I love walking though the mountains and hills, breathing the clean air, I do this with my wife and kids whenever we have a chance, last walk/hike we did was a 15 mile which was hard but we enjoyed it very much, the path took us to a small water fall.
