Started off as a case worker, where i developed and better my self as a person. While also developing my attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to work as part of a team. Later on I was given the opportunity to grow in SMS assisting customers with setting appointments, special order requests, and answering their concerns in regards to the companies policy/procedures.
Learned to adapt to changes within departments, since I was trained for 3 different departments within the company for Roadside Assistance. Enhanced productivity levels by anticipating needs and delivering outstanding support through in/out-bound calls. Answered calls, addressed customer inquiries, solving problems under a certain amount of time since roadside assistance had to be provided ASAP.
Built and cultivated long-term quality relationships with clients by addressing the airlines policy/procedure needs and providing superior customer service. Offered assistance with helping out customers select their desired flight tickets, cancellations, and completing purchases.
