SIS & Fire and Gas Systems – Multiple Oil & Gas Porjects at Mexico & Venezuela
Led programming, migration, and commissioning of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and Fire & Gas (F&G) systems using TMR Trusted and AADvance controllers. Executed Cause & Effect logic development, interlocks configuration, FAT/SAT, offshore and onshore startup, and system upgrades for major facilities including AKAL, POL-A, Cardón IV, and Cd. Pemex.
DCS Programming & Commissioning – Multiple Projects around Mexico
Programmed and commissioned three Distributed Control Systems (DCS), including valve control, partial stroke testing, pressure/level/flow control, and third-party integration via Modbus TCP/RTU and CIP communication.
Fuel Terminal Automation – Mexico & USA
