- Coordinate with suppliers the expedition of materials with Delay or any part requested as critical.
- Review and check with all the Shops and Depot the report of Physical Discrepancies in the receipt of materials to clarify and solve the discrepancy.
- Check with Suppliers the report of Physical Discrepancies, if the case, expedite the critical material and avoid the Parts Shortage.
- Analyze the scope of critical materials reported by any Shop thru Niguri and carry out the proper activities for avoid the Parts Shortage.
- Responsible to make Adjustments in the Requirements (JUMP), Additional Orders and Cancel Orders, to analize the coverage of all those critical part reported by shops base on CYC, Niguri, Scrap Report, etc, to aviod parts shortage and document propoer evidence,
