My duties as a volunteer where most of the time around the reception where I offer a friendly and passive attitude towards the immigrants that arrive at the shelter

• Used strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others.
• Communicated with staff members to stay informed about arrival of new immigrants.
• Mentored new volunteers, fostering a supportive and inclusive team environment.
• Completed daily domestic tasks in the shelter to assist people in need.

• Serving food in portions for both grown ups and children.

My activities were focused on the criminal law, constantly reviewing the prosecutor's page to address the crimes assigned to our prosecutor.
