*Ensure the acomplishment of the campaigns of the credit area to be worked.
*Monitor the call time of advisors in order to work as many accounts as possible.
*Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the volume of calls answered, effectiveness and amount recovered for the total number of accounts worked.
*Vacation management and attendance reports and forecast of resources needed to attend to the operation.
