As SALES in charge of 3 members reporting directly to me for current business and new launches for several products as Infotainment, Alternators, Starters, EPS, Valves for engines, Pass Through to OEM´s as NISSAN, GM, STELLANTIS, MAZDA, MAZDATOYOTA, MERCEDES-BENZ(COMPAS), FORD, HONDA and Tier 1 as JTEKT, HITACHI-ASTEMO, responsible to submit RFQ´s for profitable price changes based commercial negotiations as CI, LTA´s, Material´s index Rates, THANKs activity etc and for new projects as well, in charge of customer F2F visits and in charge of get revenue based invoiced shipments.
As CUSTOMER SERVICE in charge of 8 members reporting to me directly 6, in charge of confirm with my team the fluctuations in EDI from all above customers and in case of high fluctuation in charge of negotiate with customers the payment of extra costs, send ASN to get 100% of customer satisfaction score each, in charge of enter the EDI in the MRP for the production Plan, in charge of the logistic team for shipping documents to ship to customers handling all Incoterms.
As PRODUCTION CONTROL in charge of 17 people reporting directly 13, in charge to issue the production Plan for more than 15 lines for several goods considering key points a leveling based capacity of the lines, to follow up the arriving of local/oversea components.
All this activities performed based Internationals Standards as IATF16949, CQI´s, APQP, CORE TOOLS, ANPQP, ETC.
MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS:
As SALES, charge back to OEM´s for 300KUSD last 2019-2020.
As CUSTOMER SERVICE, have got Q1 Certificate from FORD last 2019, coordinating all cross areas to meet Q1 requirements.
As PRODUCTION CONTROL, have reached the achievement of Production Plan from 85% to 95% from 2022 reducing change overs based hard negotiations with OEM´s reducing fluctuation in short notice.
In charge of two teams as SALES, PC and Warehouse teams in total 10 people reporting directly to me, as Sales in charge of submit RFQ´s for current business due to price changes based raw material index rate and for new business in charge of receive RFQ and answer them to the customer JATCO/Nissan for casting and machining products for the CVT.
In charge of ware house keeping FIFO´s and in charge of shipping area as well.
Main Achievements:
Have reached the SOP on time last 2014 for a machined parts for the CVT to JATCO.
Improved Service Rate from 85% to 99% from JATCO.
Improved achievement of the Production Plan based reached negotiations with customer to reduce high fluctuations based
In charge of 8 engineers and 20 technicians to support the Maintenance Activities for the booths to be able to meet the production targets for the RAM truck, in charge of all Predictive, Preventive and corrective maintenance achieving 100% of targets and elaborating work instructions for this activities based standards as ISOTS16949, APQP, etc.
Achieving challenging KPI´s for MMTR and MTBF.
In charge of 20 technicians to secure the achieving the 100% of the Maintenance Plans as Predictive, Preventive, Corrective securing the production of the GM vehicles in the Silao Plant as Suburban, Taho, Silverado. having high KPI´s for MTTR and MTBF
