I'm mostly experienced with customer service, since it's the area where I've worked the most. I've learned to handle customers and solve the issues that they might have, finding solutions for them and deescalating the situation so that the outcome is pleasant for both parties.
I also have experience with multi-tasking, since both of the last jobs I've had required me to do so. As a cook, you learn to memorize the orders that customers make, and try to make them as efficiently as possible. And as customer service representative, you have to figure out what the issue is, how to fix it, and how to provide the customer with a solution, whilst dealing with them, so that the situation doesn't escalate.
As a customer service representative, I take calls to assist members with transportation services. I work for multiple medical insurances which provide member's medical transportation to get to their appointments. I schedule the trips; set up the pick up location, the drop off location, time of the appointment, as well as selecting the vendor that will be assisting them. I also make ambulance reservations for members that require a more specialized assistance.
Used to be a cook on a pizzeria. I worked in the kitchen preparing pizzas, boneless, among other dishes. Helped me improve my multitasking abilities.
I worked for Verizon CSSC as a customer service representative / tech support agent. Helped customers with their internet, TV and phone services. Troubleshooted issues they might've had with their equipment, as well as attending their complains.
Did a little bit of sales as well, since I had to offer them new and better services for their needs.
