In the area of indirect materials, I am responsible for negotiating, comparing quotations, delivery times, and ensuring compliance with national standards and Thyssenkrupp guidelines. Additionally, I am responsible for the preparation and negotiation of contracts with service providers for both plants, as well as the negotiation of Capex purchase orders. I led the transportation contract negotiations for both plants, integrating a supplier panel and managing contract terms.

I supervised the indirect materials warehouses for both plants and managed the personnel involved. I developed an efficient system for material receipt and was responsible for the total inventory management project in SAP, implementing reorder points using the EOQ statistical method, establishing commodities, cycle counts, and critical material management. I also established clear KPIs and objectives, achieving a 40% reduction in obsolete materials in the indirect materials warehouse.

I renegotiated 10 service contracts, including those for productive material transportation, facility management, security, and internal transportation, achieving a cumulative savings of 100,000 USD within 10 months. I hold a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and have passed Compliance Politics. I manage a team of 3 buyers and 2 warehouse operators and am responsible for 50% of the SSMA department
