During my tenure as A329 Captain, I promoted a positive working environment for crew members, fostering strong teamwork and collaboration.

I performed excellently as a Pilot of the A320 family (318/319/320/NEO/321/NEO), registering to date 4,000 hours as a PIC. Having air safety as a priority, I have constantly prepared myself to work as a team to achieve objectives and to frame my performance within the operating standards of both the manufacturer and the airline.

As Captain of A-320, I flew for 3 years approximately 2,600 hours, without registering any setbacks and complying with the company's safety and operational policies.

For 24 years I was in the service of the Colombian Air Force as a Pilot Officer. In that period of time, I was assigned to several military units throughout the Colombian territory, in which I operated as a turboprop and jet-type aircraft pilot

At the same time, I successfully carried out my military and professional career as an Aeronautical Administrator. In 2014, I voluntarily requested my retirement when I was in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, also performing various administrative positions within the military institution.
