Achievements: Checklist design for Aeroméxico Cargo audits. Detection of main areas of opportunity in the cargo area. Support to Aeroméxico Cargo in the attention of external audits.

- Process audits at Aeroméxico stations.

- Corporate audits at the Aeroméxico Group companies.

- Identified improvement areas and supported certifications.

Achievements: Certification of the Boeing 787 with DGAC 2013. Support to New York and Bogotá stations in their AOC re-certification and Santiago de Chile, London and Paris stations in their authorization to transport dangerous goods.

- Coordinate domestic and Cuban charter flights.

- Design and implement ramp processes.

- Analysis of quality standards at airports.

- Administration of control and maintenance of cargo containers (ULD's).

Achievements: Participation in the first Aeroméxico’s green flight. 23% in debt reduction in container repair. Planning and development of charter flights for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

- Preparation of all DGAC permits and slot requests.

- Check in and boarding passengers.

- Statistical data of the flights such as fuel consumption, ramp, landing and takeoff times.

Achievement: Obtaining a slot in AICM to be able to operate there again, eliminating the expenses generated by the diversion of the flight to Toluca and the compensation to passengers.
