  • Characterized and assessed 20-formulation anti-inflammatory LNP library for transdermal gene therapy, optimizing PEG, DOTAP, and ionizable lipid composition to improve gene expression and cell viability for treating autoimmune conditions and transplant rejection.
  • Engineered microneedle platforms incorporating LNPs for minimally invasive gene delivery targeting skin-resident immune cells.
  • Evaluated over 30 lipid formulations in PEG-based microneedles to improve nanoparticle stability, bioavailability and transdermal delivery efficiency.
  • In vitro evaluation of a triple-Chemoimmunotherapy from Injectable Hydrogels for Brain Cancer Therapy.
  • Established a protocol to reproducibly culture 3D murine Glioblastoma (CT-2A) spheroids, for in vitro treatment with a Combination chemoimmunotherapy with DOX, STING agonist (CDNs), and anti-PD-1.
