I took cold calls for a variety of roofing construction companies through an automatic system. Some basic computer skills are required, being professional and curious is also a must. While speaking to the potential customer I had to assure they qualified for the free report of the conditions and life span of their roofs. Each roofing company had their own guidelines with different requirements for the homeowner to qualify for the courtesy report. At the same time, I was qualifying the homeowner I was looking at the times available for that specific roofing company. Calls should not last longer than 5 min. but the call can be as long as needed. All this while giving great customer service, and in a timely manner. Within a year I moved up to quality control where I listened to the agent making the lead and qualified them to assure, they were done properly. This included making sure they asked the correct qualifying question in a courteous manner. About a year later I moved up to campaign manager. I only worked as campaign manager for about half a year before returning to my hometown.
