• Setting up all security plans and protocols developed by the specialized consultant hired (Control Risks)(2020-2023).
• Develop policies, procedures, protocols, and forms to organize secure visits from Corporate HQ after seven years due to security concerns (2021).
• Develop and implement a process to tender security guard companies using metrics based on the characteristics of each one, and make payments to the winning company of the contract by measuring compliance with predefined service standards and monitoring daily (2021-2023).

• Annual AWB's loss reduction of 40% to January 2014, and a reduction from 5 To 2 avg. monthly robberies of delivery vehicles compared with the previous year.
• As acting Manager for Intelligence, starting with the monthly issue of internal loss numbers for FedEx and Multipack, to obtain action items from responsible areas (2012-2013).

• Migration from 24 alarm vendors for 73 branches to 1 centralized one for 54 offices and four for the others in 3 months, and the design and implementation of a standard for alarm systems, CCTV, GPS, safe boxes, access controls, and other security-oriented systems for new and rebuilt branches (2009).
