Responsible for the revision and evaluation of existing methodologies within the area of Administrative Services related to all personnel in the different offices, with the purpose of designing, implementing and maintaining the new systems and methodologies that aid in increasing the capacity of the processes in the different Directions of de Municipality´s Administration.
Responsible for the design, creation and implementation of the work tools, methodologies and systems which contribute to the development and growth of the personnel of the different areas, as well as contributing to the increase of performance indicators of the company.
Teach different courses subjects, modifying and broadening the areas of knowledge of the Study Plans, integrating valuable information in the areas of reading and projects that will allow for the acquisition of an increased awareness and integration of the problems in their current and future labor fields.
