• Collaborate with the staff development team for the training and classification of team members and team leaders to develop and implement methodology in new stations as well as EMP Info and product improvements , analyzed information and provided solutions to problems.

Monitoring and development of a new assembly and welding line for the change of engineering in an SUV truck assembly plant.

• Monitoring of new equipment, monitoring of suppliers, modification of layout and installation of machinery for a new line.
• Coordination of PDR runs in the new RAM DJ 2019 welding and assembly line.
• Elaboration of standard process of operation in welding and assembly lines.
• Management of new suppliers, materials and team members for the welding line project.
• Implementation of WCM methodology in new teams and processes in collaboration with the other pillars.

Implementation of the EEM (Early Equipment Management) pillar of WCM in new welding lines due to engineering changes, monitoring of pilots in the production line.

• Documentation and monitoring of Try Out project DJ RAM 2500.
• Dealing with internal and external suppliers for a new project. Preparation of acceptance of means for payment to suppliers.
• Creation, preparation and monitoring of PR and MIGO in SAP system.
• Updating and monitoring MPI's. Monitoring of WPI (Workplace Integration) activities.
