  • Managed an annual budget greater than $4 M.
  • I was responsible for implementing and executing several projects, which included developing different mold designs and packaging containers, as well as injection molded parts for clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. For this we had to implement set up and build production lines within controlled environments; such as CER-Clean Rooms, its HEPA filters, their monitoring, and cleaning routines and procedures. All of this regulated under ISO standards such as ISO 13485, as well as the traceability requirements for these industries. It was a very interesting experience where we learned the regulations, qualifications, and validations (IQ, OQ, and PQ) of our molds and the production process.
