External consultant for Altamira´s Port System, in charge of overseeing contractors' documentation and security compliance with Official Mexican Normative.

Conducting in-site visits and audits to contractors´ scope of work and revising all documentation regarding HSE and contractual matters.

• Coordinating raw material arrivals, import/export materials, inventory control, monthly invoices and payments to suppliers within company established budget
• Supervision of personnel for FIFO and Lean processes implementation for raw materials usage and inventory control

• Overseeing the workshop's capacity, resources, budget and personnel to comply with the clients' installation due dates

• Project Management supporting role in its operation for the Fieldwood Energy, and AMOCA HP-1 Development for ENI Mexico in the fabrication stage of its three sub-projects
• Elaboration of weekly progress reports, expedite flow of information within project department and corporate Headquarters, place service and material requisitions, coordinate material arrivals
