Primary support and monitoring of individual or business policies, claims, and everything related to risk management, liaison between executives and their organizations. Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, events. Anticipate travel needs and independently coordinate complex travel arrangements (timetables, expenses, accommodations). Prepare draft proposal and presentations with direction of the VP. Manage complex calendar / diary activity, including coordination of appointments. Provide telephone support. Assist with administrative personal task (scheduled personal payments).
