As the introductory face of Epicor’s sales team, a Senior BDR is in charge of identifying companies in the small/mid-market manufacturing vertical who are undergoing a software evaluation. To accomplish this, a representative will focus on Building and sustaining relationships with C-level executives through phone and email to guarantee a smooth evaluation process for both, Territory Managers and prospects.
In addition a Senior position encompasses responsibilities outside of inbound / outbound day to day sales. Said responsibilities include taking on a leadership role within the BDR organization and ensuring team goals are being met:
• Developing of strategies to embrace the continuous education and training of the current team, as well as taking responsibility over entry-level BDRs.
• To accomplish said goal a Senior BDR researches industry trends, offers help and engages in shadowing practices to identify the team’s current pain points.
• Supporting the management team by contribution in the development of quarterly plans to ensure pipeline goals.
• Development of sales strategies
• Promoting activities and contests to boost morale inside the team
