I originally started as an SDR for the LATAM team in 2019. During this period of time I was responsible for qualifying new inbound leads and helped to develop a process for the new SDR team. After I was promoted to SDR Manager, I continued to work on prospecting until the team was ready and my role shifted to just focus on management responsibilities.

Which include:

  • Lead LATAM team of SDRs to identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting efforts, cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Developed and implemented strategic plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Senior Business Development Representative

As the introductory face of Epicor’s sales team, a Senior BDR is in charge of identifying companies in the small/mid-market manufacturing vertical who are undergoing a software evaluation. To accomplish this, a representative will focus on Building and sustaining relationships with C-level executives through phone and email to guarantee a smooth evaluation process for both, Territory Managers and prospects.
