  • Managing the database and follow ups, in differents ways of communication such as email, calls or text for 20 Real Estate Agents, also matching the new incoming leads from different sources like Google Ads, Realtor.com, Homelight, Fello, Fastexpert, Zillow. Do the leads nurturing, follow ups, setting email alerts in Sierra Interactive for listings according to the criteria of each lead.
  • Keep the tracking for each of my appointments, until it was closed. Also kept record of my dials, Conversations, Appointments met, Mortgage referrals, also, if needed, bring back the lead for nurture. I brought my numbers to my weekly meeting.
