Veterans Back to Health study is a comparative effectiveness randomized control trial funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH) and the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH). This study compares the effectiveness of yoga and education in the treatment of chronic low back pain. As a subject-matter expert in yoga therapy, I collaborated in the development and reviewing of the yoga protocol and manual

· Heart Rate Variability Response to a Single Imagery Session in Service members diagnosed with

This pilot study recorded physiological responses to a single session of imagery provided to service members diagnosed with posttraumatic stress disorder seeking treatment at NICoE

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of a single session of imagery by measuring heart rate variability (HRV). The participants wore an Actiheart, a Biofeedabck device, while attending the imagery session. A small cohort of 5 participants were recruited for this pilot study.

· Poster Presenter at the North American Brain Injury Society, NABIS, Conference, Best Practices in Brain Injury, New Orleans, 2020. An interdisciplinary approach to the treatment of Mild Traumatic Brain Injury and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder utilizing service dog in training as a therapeutic tool.

· Enhancing Interdisciplinary care for patients with mild Traumatic Brain Injury; Implementing shared vocabulary to improve outcome. A Poster collaboration for the NABIS conference, New Orleans 2020.
