Accomplishments

    Problem-Solving & Initiative:

    I recall the Ryan Collins case; a man suffering from stage 3 cancer who was reluctant to continue with his legal process. After ten calls and several sessions in which he was quite defensive, I eventually shared a personal experience that fostered empathy and closeness. While the discovery process concluded, I continued to reach out occasionally just to check in. Sadly, I learned of his passing at home from his wife (October 12, 2024).
