- Developed web port of a large desktop Fintech application. Identified and lead efforts to course-correct on the previously massively over-budget, behind schedule version of the app. The architectural / tech patterns we used to change the project were less important than the rooting out of the mindset that had calcified: "Big company syndrome"
- Designed and built a shared UI component library
- Developed an internal CLI app that improved application start time from weeks to minutes.

- Founded SPARCC as tech/business co-founder with Physician friend after seeing the unlimited opportunity to improve efficiency in the Medical industry with tech and a startup mindset
- Handled all admin, insurance, and billing strategy initially. Saw first hand and had to deal with the absurd downstream effects of an over-regulated environment. HIPPA/HITECH needs to be abolished or overhauled.
- Designed, prototyped and built a wearable EKG and cloud dashboard for in-clinic use.
- Built a tailored Electronic Health Record platform for our doctors to 10x their note taking efficiency.
- Built various efficiency tools for our office staff.
- Built a translator microservice for the insanely archaic data transfer protocol, EDI, used in medical industry, because of HIPAA

- Make America Healthy again before it was cool. The concept was to enable granular control of all of the nutrients we consume, after deep study of how poor the American diet is.
- Initially an app that puts your diet on autopilot based on nutritionist or doctor input, POC built.
- Pivoted to the data platform when I realized that granular product-nutrient-inventory data didn't exist.
- Built a data pipeline that enriches meal recipes and food items with detailed nutrition and "environmental nutrition" info at the micro and phytonutrient level and based on inventory input. Result was ability to have powerful search and app building on the platform.

- System of Systems Engineering team on a Foreign Military Sales cost-plus contract, the absolute OG king of government inefficiency and incentive misalignment.
- While the work we did was important, the key takeaway and learning experience was how the wrong incentives and structures lead to a bloat and a rot that sits below the consciousness of the people involved.
- Involved in new business team with former US Navy officers which hinged on a "use it or lose it" funding mechanism for fleets.
- Once calculated it would cost nearly 80k to change a paragraph in a design document and presented alarming find to management.
