Personal trainer in training with hands-on experience coaching adults of different fitness levels and a strong athletic background in CrossFit, HYROX (three-time competitor), road cycling, and running. I bring proven skills in planning, organization, and leadership, developed through years of coordinating projects and managing operations. I design functional strength and conditioning programs tailored to real people and guide them with empathy, motivation, and discipline. Currently completing my Personal Trainer certification at Sport City University.
