Since the beginning of my career working for CCSI, I have tried to do my best to grow as an agent, first as a customer service agent, working hard to learned what is necessary to be able to do my job in an ethical and professional manner in order to be able to grow professionally in this job to be able to meet my goals, always treating my colleagues and each client with equality and respect, with the objective of maintaining a good work environment. This way I was able to achieve my goal of being promoted as a collection agent for a department that helped me become a better agent, obtaining good results in my metrics, always using every tool provided by the efficient work system, in order to provide excellent service to each client and help resolve their doubts.

I feel that I have come very far since the beginning of this journey, that more than anything for me it has been the best job opportunity I have ever had, in this job I have grown so much professionally, that I would like to be able to share the same opportunity with more individuals than are willing to learn and progress, I am willing to support them and teach them the necessary fundamentals so that they can grow as professional agents in the same way that I was given the same opportunity, I know that I can fulfill all my tasks in the best possible way because I consider myself an efficient person, who likes to do things the appropriate way. I am sure that my leadership skills, combined with the desire to grow professionally, will help me to help my team be efficient and productive and thus be able to fulfill my goals.
