ACHIEVEMENTS: Six Sigma Green Belt COSMICS projects: reduce of 13% of re-works caused by specifics defects in cable medical manufacturing lines (savings 15K USD /year), Improvement of UV light curing method to reduce in an 80% the re-works in pieces (scrap) (savings 54K USD), reduction of 20% of total labor time for a specific product (savings 9K USD/year), design of nonexistent sand paper with laser machine used for industrial products grind and polish (6K USD/year).
ACHIEVEMENTS: 3rd place in Excellence for leaders of all Latin America, scrap reduction by 3% in cinnamon rolls process lines (savings 12K USD/year), 9600 line balancing and reduction of waste by 4%. (savings +83k USD /year)
ACHIEVEMENTS: Increase of productivity by 9% by removing the steam sterilization and perform the implementation of electrochemical activation. (savings +41k USD/year)
Responsible for coordinating market chiefs for 20 stores, responsible for quality and productivity for two tortilla production sites, market analysis, and design of marketing and sales strategy, supplier negotiation. ACHIEVEMENTS: 40% reduction of waste (bread and tortilla), 8% sales increase over the past year. (Savings +12k USD /year)
ACHIEVEMENTS: Level transition from B to level A in BRC certification, Cero major non-conformance in combined audits IFS-BRC, developing and implementation of an accurate sampling program for raw material, risk removal of allergen cross contamination
