This model was done along with Stern & Stewart, the firm that was the owner of the EVA model worldwide.
- Development of the "Drill Down of the E.V.A. Model”, to determine which business areas of Pemex Refining contribute to generate or destroy economic value.
- Based on both models, it was possible to establish annual goals for the generation of economic value by line of business, as well as to identify the circumstances that led to the deviation from the goal and report them to the senior management of Pemex.
- Based on the skills obtained in the project, I was awarded the category of "E.V.A. Trainer" by the company "Stern & Stewart, the E.V.A. Company "(Stern), firm that at that time owned the rights on the E.V.A. model worldwide.

- Generate annual savings in consulting fees by internally developing and elaborating the evaluation model of the financial and operational performance of the subsidary companies ("benchmarking") and of the proxies and board members, instead of contracting externally.
- Participate in the proposal of a reengineering plan, achieving, at the end of December 2020, the reduction of 39subsidiary companies out of the total of 93 that existed before applying this plan in July 2016.
- Provide Pemex with a robust source of financial and corporate information of the subsidiary companies, which is relevant for decision making.
- Provide Pemex with an Economic Value Added (EVA) model that allows it to measure the value created or destroyed by the refining line business, as well as to know the particular areas an actions that can be taken to improve this situation.
