Development an implementation of the economic model called E.V.A. or "Economic Value Added" in Pemex Refining, in order to analyze the economic value of this company and detect areas of opportunity to improve its performance. This model was done along with Stern & Stewart, the firm that was the owner of the EVA model worldwide.
Development of the "Drill Down of the E.V.A. Model”, to determine which business areas of Pemex Refining contribute to generate or destroy economic value.
Based on both models, it was possible to establish annual goals for the generation of economic value by line of business, as well as to identify the circumstances that led to the deviation from the goal and report them to the senior management of Pemex.
Based on the skills obtained in the project, I was awarded the category of "E.V.A. Trainer" by the company "Stern & Stewart, the E.V.A. Company "(Stern), firm that at that time owned the rights on the E.V.A. model worldwide.
