- Reduced the rate of non-conforming findings from 90% to 20% Managed and followed up on the different activities that were needed to transfer ISO / TS 16949: 2009 to IATF 16949: 2016.
- Implemented a risk analysis, GAPs and reference matrices to meet the minimum requirements for the IATF 16949 certification.
