• Meet and establishing objectives and continuous-improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, methods, productivity, inventory.

• Forecast and Follow up Project Quality KPI such as PV on time, PPAP sealable on time standard control plan since proto stage, Customer specific request initiate, etc

• Verify and validate the continuous conformance of process and product during the APQP phase.
• Teach QRQC with Project program manager to improve APQP process/audits and process qualification.
• Support Program Manager / Site Manager in the analysis of issues assigned in the ProjectQRQC activities
• Perform the validation of the pre series control plan
• Verify and ensure 4M matrix respect with regards product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix

• Develop and coordinate the site Quality Improvement plan, Monitoring objective achievement through risk assessment based on FMEA, Special characteristics, capabilities, PPM, and more. and promote Quality Culture
• Ensure QRQC is well implemented and participate daily to the Plant QRQC
• Actively support the Site GM in the implementation of the 5 Axes in the site and lead the Total Quality improvement plan
• Manage Quality network in the site (QE,QSystem,QPE, Laboratory)
• SQA Technician management in daily supplier incident management (5W2H) and QR validation
• Manage the Quality PTM for P0, in the Launch team of P1
• Super-control / firewall validation.and follow up
• Audit the Quality System periodically (Internal and support of Customer Audit)
• Represent Customer within Valeo on Quality matters (Communication / Escalation
