    I have 8 years of experience in customer service / Estimating

    I increased the sells every year above the target getting results of 2020- 50.70%, 2021- 37.73%, 2022- 22.08%, 2023- 41.61% by improvements in production efficiency, strong customer relation and excellent teamwork.

    I was awarded as employee of the year 2023 over all of Mexico facility by getting a perfect score 100% average of all 16 KPI of the year.

    I generated $175K of savings on budget / GP by improvements in cost reduction plans along with my engineering team 2023.

    I developed the carrea10+ employees to growth and achieve their goals during my 13 years in the company I reduced the maintenance cost 30%.

    I am being trained to be able to help 2025 by facilitating Listen Like a leader course in Spanish version on TGC. (took 2 times the course already)
