As a Product Manager, my main responsibility is to maintain the product vision and strategy, making sure they are aligned with company objectives and customer needs. I am in charge of managing the product lifecycle, coordinating development, design, and marketing teams to achieve the most efficient goals and solutions.

I am also responsible for collecting feedback from users and working closely with the technical teams to translate those needs into clear, and viable solutions.

In order to provide optimal solutions and higher value for customers, we take advantage of the most efficient technical tools, such as agile methodologies like Scrum, Shape Up, or Kanban.

I coordinated the development of the internal ERP for the management of the 11 companies that the group has. We defined and established the requirements and needs of each area and implemented the administrative and point of sale modules. The software is used in more than 150 branches that the group has in the state of Chiapas and major cities in Mexico.

Managed vendor relationships for hardware, software, and services procurement, ensuring quality products at competitive prices.

Collaborated with other departments to help meet IT needs and properly integrate and secure systems.

Coordinated IT operations activities to deliver smooth flow of daily business needs.

Oversaw IT department operations and training.
