• Purchase materials at the most favorable terms for the organization.
• Evaluate vendor terms for purchased goods and services.

• Follow importation of urgent / critical items working (SEA, Truck, Air shipments).
• Analyze the possibility of alternative items usage together with the engineer team to determine and apply Engineering deviations.
• Planning and scheduling of production, warehouse, customer delivery, inventory control, logistics and production processes.
• Executes the purchase orders suggested by MRP for more than 500 items.
• Track purchase orders from creation, supplier confirmation, shipment, receipt, and payment to the supplier.
• Expedite purchases that have been delayed or in response to changes in production plans.
• Inventory control according to monthly and Quarterly targets
Support internal programs and initiatives in the areas of safety, environment, and quality.
• Receive, inform and guide the public who come or call the company.
• Performs administrative functions in the area.

● Coordinate materials planning analysis and procurement for production based on, MRP and BOM.

● Coordinating with the warehouse all requirements' components thru the Pull List Report.
● Return of defective material to suppliers and negotiation of replacement or credit note.
● Resolving problem invoices with suppliers. Having a record of zero.
● Doing purchase for 300 different components (Raw material)
● Coordinate international and local MRO purchases, cost reduction, new supplier's introduction, and
● supplier's service evaluation
