• Manage and Monitor budget for the Cost Center; Define budgets according the Planning for the projects, trainings needed, travels, tools, Headcount and others.

• Requirements Manager; import and export requirements from and to customer in DOORS tool, analysis, review and creation of requirements, control and creation of baselines, traceability via links, creation of requirements engineering plan, Support in trainings for DOORS.
• Risk Management; manage risks by possible impact (quality, cost and timing) and recovery plans, support in creation for DFMEA in system level.
• Release Management, review content for Release to customer with maturity evaluation plan vs targets.
• Configuration and Change Management, creation for Configuration management plan and Problem and change management plan for project, creation for structure, access, naming convention for checkpoints and baselines, metrics generations, creations for Change request and follow up with team.
• Lead Reviews and Workshops as well as system functions are analyzed and documented
• System Analyst; System requirements and Interfaces review, communication LIN, PWM, CAN, diagnostics UDS, creation of System requirements and system interfaces.
• Support Manufacturing until SOP (DFM design for Manufacturing reviews. EOL, fixtures)
• Samples coordination and planning, request samples to sample shop, lead technical information to share to suppliers, like BOM and layout and specific information for SMT line, specific test for prototype and their markings and general specifications according to IPC.

• Implementation of Customer Requirements Administration in NSA using DOORS tool according A-SPICE

• Requirements Engineering and Change Management of requirements in DOORS data base.

• Lead Reviews and Workshops as well as system functions are analyzed and documented

• Support in Functional Safety area with initial tasks (ISO 26262)

• Implementation and Structure System of the Company according ISO 9001 on the COSMO & EPICOR software (ERP system) with turtle diagrams and process interaction.

• Analysis Root cause methodology

• Implementation of TS 16949 & VDA 6.3 Audits

• Implementation and support of new quality system on three plants (China, Spain and Mexico) to adapt it to the fast-changing industry.
