  • Started my role as a Sales Agent in March 2023 within a team consisting of three salesmen and a General Manager. Our objective was to generate five qualified, ready-to-buy leads per agent, per month for our closing department. Within my initial three months, I not only achieved but exceeded this target, consistently delivering 7 to 9 leads monthly.
  • Grew to the position of top-selling agent by my fourth month, I assumed the role of Team Leader, overseeing a group of four teammates. In my fifth month, I transitioned into a closer role for the sales team, managing their daily progress and facilitating sales through various channels, including phone calls, video calls, emails, and text messages. Responsibilities extended to creating sales contracts, securing down payments, and ensuring the production team adhered to contract timelines for trailer delivery, always guiding my team and myself to follow the companies protocols and guidelines.
  • Pioneered the development of a comprehensive Call Center Sales Knowhow for the company. Instituted a robust training agenda and conducted training sessions for our freelancing team. Additionally, implemented a Social Media strategy to establish brand presence across different states in the United States.
  • Throughout my first year, I meticulously generated and maintained reports, including weekly and end-of-month call counts, incoming call logs, and training agendas. Independently closed over 32 food trailer business deals from initiation to completion, while also guiding my sales team to successfully close 48 food trailer businesses.   • Inaugurated our first store in August 2019, where I assumed a multifaceted role encompassing the creation of the marketing strategy, establishment of the business identity, and oversight of construction and equipment installation.

  • A year and two months later, spearheaded the opening of our second store, introducing a self-service section. My focus shifted towards sales and growth strategies, targeting larger clients such as hotels, hostels, restaurants, and vacation property management companies.
  • Within eight months, successfully launched our third location, In this phase, I assumed the role of Operations Manager, concurrently serving as the Sales Supervisor and Customer Satisfaction Manager.
  • Subsequently, orchestrated the sale of the company, including its identity and three of its locations, to an American entrepreneur for $1.6 million pesos in June 2023. I facilitated a seamless transition, passing on my remaining location to my retired father.
