Previously to my actual responsibilities I used to be in charge of production plan for machining and molding components. When I was in charge of machining I brought our late down from $35k to $3k and due to a expansion project where all machining department had a new building for itself I elevated our inventory to two months of safety in case we had any troubles with the moving. In molding department I decrease inventory from three months to one.
I was in charge to supervise our CTPAT certification, I updated all of the information for our annually review. I trained our staff so they could be more familiarized with what a CTPAT certification means, our responsibilities as employees to the safety of all employees and our building, as well as what signs to be aware for when/if security on both aspects has been or is been compromised. I organized and supervised drills of security breach.
During my internship I also was in charge of the fixed assets inventory of our plant.
I made Absorption analyses and reports.
I was in charge of a order requirement report calls 15 days, in this report I analyzed 15 day in the future of our sales to let our team know if the orders could be produce or if there were issues to produce them.
