• I work with various multidisciplinary teams in the quotation, planning, and development of new projects for clients such as GM, Ford, and VW. My main responsibilities begin with the quotation of new projects. One of my primary responsibilities is to define and ensure the necessary quality resources, including labour hours, testing budgets, quality tools, and other related resources.
• During the planning and development of projects, my main responsibilities include defining validation tests (DVP&R), monitoring the execution of tests, and coordinating the review and approval of the DVP&R results with the customer. At the same time, I quote and coordinate the execution of validation testing, whether performed internally or externally, ensuring that all tests are conducted in accordance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
• Participated in mold development, providing dimensional, functional, and cosmetic feedback during each trial.
• Quoted and developed quality fixtures for part validation on production lines, facilitating their approval and validation by the customer. Additionally, coordinating calibration and repeatability studies.
• Participated in internal production runs, validating compliance with customer requirements and Valeo’s internal standards, while confirming that production equipment and machinery consistently produced parts within established specifications. Developed control plans (CP) for each part number and internal component, established controls, monitoring frequencies, and defined appropriate reaction plans.
• Collected and coordinated PPAP documentation with the multidisciplinary team, facilitating the timely submission of all required documents through customer portals such as SQMS, BEON, and Schedule A, and followed up on the approval process until the PSW was approved.

Leader in launching and engineering changes mainly for AUDI and GM customers.

Lead in weekly APQP meetings with the other departments; daily follow up to the planned activities in order to be able to present runs and information on time with the customer according to each milestone.

Collection and elaboration of PPAP information, and uploading it to BeOn or SQMS system depending on the custumer, scheduling of PPAP information review with BTV or SQE and follow up until PSW approval is achieved.

Leader in Rut at rate with customer , elaboration of workbook file and loading of this in SQMS system and program revision of information with SQE in order to get the approval of the machine capacity or 2DP for the customer Audi.

Elaboration of packaging standards and follow-up to testing in Lison or MHSi system.

Release of device design with supplier, ensuring that they can meet the needs of our processes and guarantee compliance with customer specifications.

Elaboration of quotations for engineering changes.

Attendance of PDT meetings with Audi Germany and GM Arlington during the process of project launch or engineering change.

Attend customer visits in person to review status of projects, assembly trial or runs.

Three engineers in charge, follow up and support for your projects developments and activities for different customers.

Development to projects and engineer change for Nissan USA, Nissan México, Harley and Ford. Follow up to developments activities with customer and Harada Norte America in weekly meetings.
