Coordination of PCA and ICA solutions for field issues

• Software Management for specific Electronic Control Units (ECUs); review software provided by supplier and validate according to Ford standards and electronic architectures.
• Software Management for Electronic Control Units (ECUs); review software provided by supplier and validate according to Ford standards based on Agile methodologies.
• Create Service Actions according to updates in ECUs in order to be re-flashed at dealers' dependencies.
• Contact and coordinate suppliers and D&R engineers to attend software issues with dealers.

• Execution of Passenger and Curtain Airbag static tests.
• Test Instrumentation: setting up high speed camera (frames per second, resolution and lighting configuration), temperature transductor settings (on dashboard material), setting up of climate chambers.
• Person in charge of Root Cause analysis for PAB (Passenger Airbag) & CAB (Curtain Airbag) failure tests according to customer's and regions requirements and standards.
• Failure Mechanism Interpretation for parts involved on test.
• Making of test reports according to customer's format, standards and test results.
• Translation and interpretation of Homologation and Catalog of Criteria Manuals documents to create management plans for upcoming customers or projects.

• Execution of vehicle interior costumes Physical Tests (durability, stiffness and assembly tests).
• Test Instrumentation: setting up Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Input/Output targets, sensors, strength and distance transductors.
• Data Acquisition and graph monitoring during tests according to customer requirements.
• Tests Process optimization by adding new automatization technologies: Replacement of PLC for Fanuc Robots.
