Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, including annual general meetings (AGMs) and Council, ensuring timely distribution of notices and agendas. Filing of property records such as contracts, letters, and invoices. Manage and update strata databases, ensuring that all property information is up to date.


I also functioned as a General Virtual Assistant to a Property Management Group where I served as a helpful assistant to all office staff including the Accountant, Property Manager, and Maintenance Manager. I was the first point of contact for tenants and potential applicants over the phone and by email.

File reports regarding the New Hire's performance and work on coaching plans during the two weeks they are with us in OJT. On the Job Training Floor Support


Providing "Floor Support" to new hire agents that are transitioning to the On the Job Training portion of Training which consists of them taking calls. Our job was to assist them with any doubts they would have in real-time, as well as live listening to their calls to provide real-time coaching.
