Currently, my main activity in the company I founded is catalogue design and foreign rights acquiring.

My goal as an independent publisher has been to promote professional standards in the Mexican and Latin American Publishing Industry and particularly in the area of comic and graphic novel. The LA book market is constantly growing, but we often face financial and economic problems, lack of authorship support, very few bookstores and libraries, poor distribution and so on. As publisher, I introduced to Mexican market comic authors and publishing houses unknown to the main audiences (L'Association from France, Galaga from Denmark, Coconino from Italy, for example) and also promote better publishing practices among Mexican authors, usually distrustful of publishers and content companies.

As author, I published several novels (three of them received National Awards), comics and short stories over the last 20 years. I also have worked as a content creator for TV Shows, both educational and comercial, and videogames.
