- Taking customer service calls related to leasing, answering questions from the prospective tenants, provide the information tp schedule tours and guiding them through the application process to ensure they understand everything before they apply.
- Follow up with people who have toured our apartments, making sure they were able to successfully tour the apartments or if they had any access issues help reschedule the appointment.
- Coordinated with other departments to provide smooth move in for our tenants.
- In this role I have also had the chance to train new agents for my own market (department) and others that have required assistance with their new hires.
