• As the Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist at HP Inc., I play a pivotal role in the Global Indirect Procurement (GIP) team. My primary responsibility is to extract, analyze, and interpret data related to contracts and sourcing activities across the organization. • Data-driven Accounts Receivable (A/R) specialist with expertise in analyzing financial results, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Optimized A/R processes by analyzing key metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing data-driven solutions.
• Developed and maintained advanced reporting and dashboards to track A/R performance, providing executive stakeholders with clear, data-backed insights.
• Led the analysis of Q2C accounts data across Canada and the Caribbean for all IBM business units, transforming complex financial data into meaningful reports and strategic recommendations.

• Acts as a first point of contact for regular, on-going customer accounts and some "top-tier" customers, on daily operational matters.
• Resolves operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, returns, and deliveries, invoicing, returns, and financial post- sales programs).
* Engages with other functions and organizations to resolve issues (e.g., sales teams, supply chain, logistics) as they relate to customer support.
• Acts as a point of contact for a specialized topic (e.g., order management, special pricing) and trains team members.
