  • Maintain communication with the global teams from India, USA and Mexico in ITSM, first as a helpdesk analyst and now with change management

  • Support quarterly self-audit as directed of the change management process
  • Produce management reports, metrics and information to all stakeholders
  • Participate in internal and external audits as required
  • Approve or deny appropriate change requests in a timely manner
