1) Superintendent at the Michelin Mixing Building site located in Leon GTO. The Project consists of a 3,500 tons steel structure. 2020-2022

• Implemented safety protocols for reduced workplace accidents and improved employee wellbeing.

Main roles- monitor, supervise, and manage the project to ensure work times are being fulfilled on time with respect to the project schedule by utilizing the LEAN Construction philosophy.

2) Superintendent in WEITZ-ABITAT MISSION CRITICAL Microsoft Data Center in Queretaro Mx Main roles- monitor, supervise, and manage the project to ensure work times are being fulfilled on time with respect to the project schedule by utilizing the LEAN Construction philosophy.2022-2023

3) I current Work in the project Supra is industrial unit in Chihuahua Mx I work as a construction superintendent 2024

• Established successful procedures for day-to-day operations and long-term planning.

• Steel detailer using the Tekla Structures program to generate Shop drawings, Erection Drawings, quantification of material, RFI and steel structure erection
• Design, modeling, and drawing detailing of the New International Airport of Mexico City (NAICM) at Mexico City, MX and different projects
• Revised and created technical models and drawings using Tekla for modeling steel and concrete structure such as columns, girders, top and bottom chords, etc
• Using Tekla Structures, AutoCAD and Revit
• Project team leader, create RFI, quantity take-off, and Coordinate different departments with the project tasks as needed
• Project engineering to review, and comprehend to create an exact model of the structure so it could be used to Expedite blueprints to be used for construction.
