• Effectively managed the administrative and operational functions of the Committee, ensuring transparency, equity, and compliance with Operational Rules while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
• Spearheaded the drafting and publication of the call for applications for an extraordinary judicial selection process, overseeing the seamless development of Operational Rules and a registration platform that facilitated the enrollment of over 18,500 candidates with recognized functionality and accessibility.
• Assembled and led a multidisciplinary team to provide logistical and operational support, ensuring the flawless execution of in-person and virtual interviews and the optimal preparation of facilities.
• Negotiated key agreements with national entities such as SEP and RENAPO, enhancing transparency and reliability in credential validation and implementing innovative mechanisms for dossier reviews, gender parity, and equity-driven protocols.
