Ligalab is an organization that strengthen communities to impact and influence public decisions made by governments. We promote the inclusion, and strengthens the participation of women and underrepresented groups of society in public policy.

• Provided ongoing direction and leadership for program operations.
• Coordinated the creation of relevant documents for strategic planning, communications and fundraising opportunities.
• Managed and monitored activity plans and documentation for RBM reports.
• Built relationships with and between local and international stakeholders.
• Oversaw 3 projects each year from concept through final delivery.

• Collaborated with DNA- Leadership Team of WKKF to achieve the consolidation of the Fellows Alumni Network globally.
• Supported the DNA- Leadership Team of WKKF with the engagement activities of the Fellows Alumni Network.
• Provide support to Alumni Core Team in capturing data about how Alumni are connecting and engaging with one another, and what are regional concerns.
• To adapt and “culturally translate” programming and communications to WKKF team and the network of fellows, in order to offer to them programming and content that is relevant and pertinent to their territories and interests.

• Coordinated communication among organization, fellows and other stakeholders to increase engagement and collaboration of fellows in the region in order to enforce projects that contribute to create equitable communities where children thrive.
• Facilitated & supported LAC Fellows carry out collective action projects that reflect WKKF priorities through a series of participatory activities where opportunities were identified and planned.
• Provided and facilitated resources to collaborative work of fellows and subsequent support of these projects.

• Designed and implemented a volunteer students outreach program in one of the most underserved communities of Montreal from the Social Equity and Diversity Education office of McGill University.
• Successfully coordinated volunteers from McGill University to support and engage highschool students at Maison des Jeunes, providing mentoring and homework support.
• Created programme and content for the volunteers and youth with a critical race perspective; creating spaces of dialogue and inclusion that addressed gender and race based social inequalities

• Orchestrated wide range of projects, improvement strategies, standard process implementation, fundraising program, and creative marketing and advertising.
• Obtained $850,00usd grant to restore and adapt a historical building in downtown Tuxtla Gutierrez. After 3 years, it was turned into the museum of the city.
• Created relevant documents that were used later to develop the Museum Script, such as the collection catalogue and policy, educational policy and programming, etc.

• Set up and directed all aspects of the Scholarship Program for Social Development for Migrant Children in Chiapas.
• Directed team of 5 personnel, overseeing records, performance and quality assurance.
• Successfully Administered 2500 scholarships each year for high school students in the 5 communities with highest rates of migration to the USA
