• Responsible for the manufacturing transfer into Baja in 2021 for all materials , equipments and good necessary for the start up facility of Baja, leading a group of 10 people, oversee demand planning, purchasing, and logistics., in a teamwork environment, To ensure the supply and demand needs for the operation through established process and procedures to meet site KPI’S with the right training and tools available to execute.

Accomplishments.

• As part of the operational support. Developed and implemented supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Implemented systematic process and standardized work routines as Daily review for shortage priority meetings to secure material availability for production continuity, also clear to build schedules and weekly supply and demand reviews to meet demand and supply in time to demand needs.
• Led cross-functional teams to optimize logistics operations and improve service delivery standards.
• Streamlined inventory management processes, resulting in improved accuracy and reduced lead times and Inventory stock optimization driving a reduction from $60M to $30M.
• Implemented Agile Visual Management board to review daily KPI for the Area and Weekly 1-1 meetings to review planning & purchasing score cards review with each team member to review individual KPI’s. For the Transfer out of operations. I was responsible to build successfully products Safety stocks and the transfer of the materials & Equipment to maintain the supply continuity. also coordinate all the cleanup activities for SAP system for Purchasing-Invoicing, Planning, Production, Materials to guarantee a clean site closure.

• Leading a group of 5 Buyers and 7 production schedules for a high Volume & mix product environment, Focused on delivery on time to customer request and KPI’s for the business. Plus working on JDE MRP system integration to optimize the usage of system tools.
• Accomplishments.
• Mainly focused on supply critical product for ventilators during Covid pandemic medical emergency.

• Managed the supply assurance role. Leading 8 material planners & 3 planner leads to support the business needs, coordinate the Demand SIOP & PFEP Process, to ensure materials availability and the F. Good Demand and SS coverage for the Tijuana Mex site. With the suggested inventory targets.
• Accomplishments.
• As Supply chain specialist & SIOP coordinator. Implementation of the PFEP (plan for every part) to maximize the inventory control for Raw & WIP components. Coordinating actions to meet AOP monthly Inventory targets. 2012
• Project manager.: Responsible to coordinate the material for product lines transition (process, set ups in SAP to adequate to the business to comply with the Spin off process of Honeywell Int. into Resideo Inc.
• Accomplishments.
• As Project manager for Spin off companies between Honeywell and Resideo in 2018
• Completed in the schedule time.
• Systems data cloning coordination during companies split.
• coordinated the lines transitions during spin off (product lines Phase in -Out).

• Worked as part of the SAP ERP implementation team, as Planning Power user, supplying key information processes to the core team to meet the factory needs to develop best practices and standard processes for the company.
• Accomplishments.
• Completed in 2024 the SAP implementation in time, developing the written standard process /documentation and trained the planning community from Tijuana site, implemented scorecards for process follow up and provided continuous support thru the learning curve and process maturity. And performing Monthly Audits to MRP Exception messsages.

• After been a production Planner. I get the opportunity to start as Production scheduler Lead, for 10 planners ,2 planning assistants and analyzing the overall weekly & Monthly Demand-Capacity for the site to deliver achievable plans. Responsible to develop the production annual plan as part of SIOP process. And have a NPI role for few years, worked with critical transitioned products, procuring the components, managing phase in-Phase out process.
