Main achievements:

  • Citizen Development Program: Generated and expanded the Community of Practice to 64 Citizen Developers and captured the interest of +1000 individuals for training as Digital Players. Successfully implemented +200 projects, generating at least 20,000 monthly hours of savings for the business. Developed infrastructure components such as Dashboards for monitoring, Pipeline Administration Tool, Training and Tech communities.
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot program: early adoption and development of the Microsoft 365 Copilot program in collaboration with Microsoft teams.
